Refund and Cancellation

1. Merchant of Record

CribLogic operates its global billing through Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR). When you purchase a premium module subscription, your financial transaction is processed securely by Paddle. Paddle.com handles all customer service inquiries related to billing and the execution of all returns and refunds. Consequently, all transactions are subject to Paddle’s checkout terms and conditions.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to any premium CribLogic module at any time. Cancellations can be managed directly through your workspace dashboard or via the secure link provided in your initial Paddle receipt email.

  • Access Post-Cancellation: When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You and your Operators will retain full access to the canceled module's features and data until that billing cycle concludes.

3. Refund Policy

To ensure a transparent purchasing experience and align with our Merchant of Record, CribLogic adheres to a strict refund window for new purchases:

  • 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all initial CribLogic subscriptions. You may request a full refund for any reason within exactly 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
  • Renewals & Proration: Refunds do not apply to subsequent monthly or annual subscription renewals. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel halfway through a billing term, you will simply not be billed at the next renewal date.
  • Processing: To request a refund within the 30-day window, please contact our support team or reach out directly to Paddle buyer support. Once initiated, the refund will be processed by Paddle and credited back to your original payment method.

4. Data Retention After Cancellation

Please note that canceling a premium module will result in the locking of that module at the end of your billing cycle.

CribLogic will securely store the data associated with that canceled module for a period of six (6) months.

If you do not reactivate your subscription within this 6-month window, the module-specific data (e.g., bin mapping, historical stock counts, saved ISO 13399 tool assemblies) will be permanently purged from our servers to maintain system efficiency and data security.
